The website, its forms, communications, and all offerings—including Kyklē sessions, reflective materials, and any content provided through digital channels—are intended for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, automate interactions, scrape data, interfere with security features, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or its technology.
Eligibility
This website and the services offered through it are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older, located within the United States. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Access to Services & Invitation-Only Offerings
Some services—including early sessions, Salons, and certain clarity experiences—are offered by invitation or application only. Availability is limited and not guaranteed, and participation may be curated to support balance, safety, and the quality of the experience for all involved. A submitted form, request, or application does not guarantee access to any specific service, session, Salon, or program. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or withdraw access at our discretion.

Aletheosophy offers tools, sessions, and content designed for personal reflection, self-inquiry, and clarity-building. All information is educational in nature and does not constitute medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The Disclaimer governs these expectations in full.
Additional Terms for Certain Services
Some offerings—such as early-stage or experimental features supported by technology—may require you to accept additional terms before use. Where applicable, you will be presented with a separate agreement (such as the Soulware™ Beta Agreement) before participating.
Payments
Payment for sessions is collected at the time of booking through our secure payment processor. We do not store or process your card details directly. Payment indicates commitment to your scheduled session time.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
Scheduling: Sessions may be booked up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. After the 24-hour window, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical or operational issues on our side that prevent delivery of your session, or in the case of duplicate bookings or similar administrative errors. In approved cases, refunds or session credits may be issued at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
By using this website or booking a session, you agree that you are solely responsible for your choices, reflections, and interpretations; that you will seek licensed professional care for any mental, emotional, or physical health concerns; that you will use the site respectfully and lawfully; and that you will not copy, extract, or misuse content, materials, or session structures.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, methods, frameworks, terminology, rituals, session structures, clarity tools, essays, downloadable materials, and all other written or visual content are the exclusive intellectual property of Aletheosophy, Inc. This includes registered trademarks and proprietary concepts such as Aletheosophy™, Kyklē™, Soulware™.

Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
